Aside from carrying 1,000+ products from 250+ brands that college students love, we also have our own line of Fresh Prints Exclusives which we thoroughly create. Some of our best-sellers are our Boston Heavyweight Hoodie, Sydney Square Neck Tank Top, and Melrose Ribbed Tank Top (over 50,000 Melrose tanks sold). Plus, after printing merch for hundreds of thousands of Greek chapters and student clubs, we created our Design Tool. Our customers loved working on proofs with our artists but wanted to have more direct control over the designs. So we built the Design Tool to empower anyone to design beautiful merch. Our site also uses click data to show which products and designs are new, trending, and most favorited in real-time. All designs shown on the site are created by our talented Art Team and Student Creators.

How do I get started on my first order?

There are 3 ways you can start an order with Fresh Prints: 1. From Our Site Galleries Choose any product or design on our site that you like, then click "Customize" or "Request a Mockup." If you choose Customize, you'll be taken to our Design Tool where you can edit the design how you like and choose the product you want to print it on. Learn more about using the Design Tool here. Once you're happy with your design, save it and checkout. If you select Request a Mockup, our Art Team will help create your design. You'll be asked to fill out a quick form to explain what you want, and we'll email a free mockup within a couple of hours! You also get unlimited revisions for free. 2. From the Design Tool Access the Design Tool through this link or by clicking the "Design Tool" button on the top navigation bar. Fresh Prints Design Tool Button On Top NavBar Once you're there, pick a product, choose a design from the gallery, and customize it however you want! Then name your design and click save (if you need to go back to it later, you can access all your saved designs through your HQ account). When you're happy with your design, click the green "Add to Cart" button on the lower right corner to checkout. 3. Through a Campus Manager If you know a Campus Manager (CM) at your school, you can reach out to them about placing an order as well. Unsure if there's one at your school? Do I need design experience to use Fresh Prints?

Nope! You can easily use our Design Tool and get access to trending designs and products that you can customize. You can use the built in Image AI, our 10,000+ completely customizable templates, our 10,000+ pieces of clipart, or upload your own images. So whether you’re a professional artist or just someone with a vision, you can use the Design Tool to create cool merch. And if you get stuck? Our team of artists are one click away. They’ll take whatever you’ve saved and follow your instructions to finish the design for free and with unlimited revisions. Just click on “Need Help?” and tell us what you want.

What if we need our shirts very quickly? Are rush orders possible?

Absolutely! Fresh Prints can make most timelines work. If you need your merch faster than our standard 14-day turnaround, we've got you covered. Most products can be shipped faster depending on the style, print method, and quantity. To check if it's possible for your order, head to the Design Tool. Create and save your design, add your order quantity, and choose your fulfillment time range by clicking "Est. Delivery" at the top of the canvas: Standard: 11-14 days Expedited: 9-11 days Flash: as fast as 5 days (limited to select products, which you can browse in our Fresh Prints Flash gallery) See expedited and rush shipping options on the Fresh Prints Design Tool Some products can be fulfilled even faster. Just reach out through the design tool chat on the lower left corner and our team will guide you. We'll review your details and confirm if your order qualifies for rush production. After placing your order, leave a note or reply to your confirmation email to flag it as a rush order. If it's for an event, include the date and time so we can plan shipping accordingly. Our Logistics Team will make sure production can meet your timeline before moving forward.

They reach out to people who need merch, help create custom designs, recommend products, and place orders. Is there a minimum order quantity we have to meet?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the product and print type you choose. But don't worry, our Design Tool automatically displays this in two places: At the top of the page, along with the order price and estimated delivery Underneath the product name For example, this ZTA design on our Denver Mock Neck Heavyweight Sweatshirt using Screen Print has an MOQ of 50. Find MOQs at the top of the Design Tool canvas and under the product name If you want to check the MOQ for another product, click the pencil icon next to the product name. Click the pencil icon on the Design Tool to switch products Our product gallery will pop up. Then, just select a new item and click "Switch to This" to confirm. All the details - MOQ, pricing, estimated delivery - will update automatically.

How do I track my order once it ships?
